This unbelievably easy 2-ingredient face mask takes vitamin A from the avocado to restore collagen and produce new cells, whilst using protein from the egg whites to tighten pores and firm up the skin.
Method: Add 1 egg white to a bowl, then gradually mix in mashed avocado. The end result should be quite runny so you shouldn’t use anymore than half a medium avocado. Apply with your fingers to freshly cleansed skin, leave on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
Tip: Try adding a squeeze of honey for a more bacteria-balancing blend; perfect for acne-prone skin.
